CRFCRC has asked regional shelters to contact us when they get a dog that resembles a flat coated retriever. Some of these dogs appear to
be pure bred flat coated retrievers and others are clearly a mix of several breeds.
In every case, the dog needs a permanent or foster home in order to avoid being euthanized. If you can either foster or adopt a dog, or if you would like to be notified about future rescue opportunities, please contact the CRFCRC Rescue Coordinators:
