| Bailey, our first Flat-Coat, came to us in 1993 from the beautiful Adirondack Mountains and was a truly wonderful introduction to the breed and to the world of dog sports. He had a heart of gold and convinced everyone he met that he was their best friend. He always had a big smile and ever-present wagging Flat-Coat tail. Despite his laid back attitude in life, he was our first "performance" dog and we learned field, obedience, and agility together. He was always patient and taught us so much! Although we bought him simply as "our pet" he showed us what a "pet" can achieve with 11 titles in field, obedience, and agility to his credit. Bailey gave us so many wonderful memories to keep with us always. We are forever grateful that he was a part of our lives. |
