Faith was handled by her very proud mom,Vanessa Rhodes, in the bred by exhibitor class.   Gillian Impey's flatcoats achieved many new titles this fall! Wags went WB BOS BOW at the Canadian Specialty for the 2nd year in a row to finish her Can CH. Wags achieved her WCX at the Garden State GRC at Colliers Mills, NJ in October, and is now AM Can CH Quillquest Wendy's Wagtail SH WCX CGC TDI Can SH WCI . Winnie, AM/Can CH Quillquest Phen's Born to Win JH WCX CD CGC TDI Can JH WC, took Veteran bitch in the regular classes at the Canadian specialty and went on to win both Brood bitch and Brace with Dina and Cutter as her get. At this same specialty, Dina took WB BOS for 5 points at the booster show and then finished her WC. Dina finished her JH title at Susquehana RC in November and is now CH Quillquest Dinamite JH WC Can WC . Ubi completed her CDX at the Turkey Cluster in November to become SR CH Quillquest Xuberance JH CDX WC Can CDX JH WC.

November 2001   11/26/01 At the National Capital Kennel Club trial: "Risa", Ch Rainbow Autumn's First Frost CD SH WCX CGC, handled by Janet, earned her Companion Dog (CD) title, finishing with a score of 190. Both Janet and Risa are glad that novice is behind them, and look forward to moving on to Open where the fun begins (jumping and retrieving are GOOD! :-)   11/25/01 At the Upper Marlboro Kennel Club show in West Friendship, MD: We thought that this day would never happen, but "Zu", Ch Victory's Bravo Zulu CD JH AX OAJ WCX, finished his CD title with a third leg on Sunday, November 25th at the Upper Marlboro KC show. Thank you, CRFCRC, for the beautiful High Scoring Flat Coat Rosette on Sunday. Zu is owned by Chris and Kate Hutchinson, trained and handled by Kate. "Cricket", Blazin's Evening Star, owned by Chris and John McCoy and handled by Dawn Buttion, own a 4 point major by going WB!! Zu is owned by Chris and Kate Hutchinson, trained and handled by Kate.   11/10/01 - 11/11/01 Brooke Ellsworth and Rags have great news to share! "Rags", Wynflat's Range Rover, got her Novice Agility and Novice JWW titles this weekend. She had 3 perfect scores in achieving her NA title, placing 2nd once and 3rd twice, and 2 perfect scores in JWW, placing 1st once and 3rd twice. Having spent the past 10 years taking class upon class (not with Rags, obviously), I am quite thrilled to have FINALLY put my first title on a dog. October 2001   Tanner and Brook have a few brags to share from October: " Tanner" Light-Foot's Eclipse CD SH WCX FDX CGC and "Brook" SR Bertschire's Avalanche JH WC, both were invited to participate and qualified at the Started level at the NAHRA Regionals held Oct. 20 at Cheltenham. Tanner earned 2 NAHRA Intermediate legs at the Southern Maryland Hunting Retriever Club's test on Oct. 20 and 21 at Cheltenham.   10/27/01 At the Middleburg KC show in Leesburg, VA : "Gus", Ch HiHill King Gustav, went Best of Winners and finished his Championship with the three point major under Judge Patricia Trotter. Gus is owned by Vicki and Gordon Rosenthal and is handled by Vicki. These were Tina's first ever performance legs. Two down, one to go...   10/06/01 At the Maryland Retriever Club Hunt Test in Brandywine, MD : "Gale", Wingmaster Gale Force At Victory JH, owned/handled by Judy Delventhal, finished her JH in just 4 tests at the ripe old age of 10 months. Judy said she got extra treats since she got her title very economically!! On to Senior!!!

Dino is owned by Scott & Tina Borden and is trained and handled by Scott in the field. As an added thrill, this also qualifies Dino for the FCRSA Hall of Fame!   8/19/01 At the Annapolis KC show in Annapolis, MD: " Dino " Ch Blazin's Carpe Diem CD JH WCX, won a Sporting Group I under Arley Hussin!!! Dino is owned by Scott and Tina Borden and handled by Dawn Buttion This was my first time in the Best In Show ring and it was VERY EXCITING!! Thank you Scott and Tina Borden for giving me this opportunity! At the same show, " Piper" Ch Blazin's Enchanted Forest, won Winners Bitch/Best Of Winners/Best Of Opposite to finish her Championship. In the breed ring, she placed second in Open under Judge Houston Clark. Boomer also earned her WC and was awarded a JAM in Unsteady Singles B. At the Southern MD KC show on July 1st under Judge Lisa Weiss, Boomer took BOB and finished! Boomer is owned and handled by Jeanne Lin and supported by Bernie Strozeski. April 2001   4/21/01 At the Southern Maryland HRC test in Cheltenham, MD " Magic", Darktarn Grand Illusion WC CGC, and " Hope", Itz'za Sweet Expectation CDX WC CGC, earned 2 NAHRA Started legs. In addition, Hope got her CDX at Fredericksburg April 18. She qualified in three of four trials in a 5-day period (left the ring only once), picked up a third and a first place. Magic and Hope are owned and handled by Penny Geddes.   4/07/01 - 4/08/01 At the Capital Dog Training Club agility trial in Owings, MD " Zu", CH Victory's Bravo Zulu JH AX OAJ WCX, finished his Agility Excellent title in grand style and as an added bonus, he placed 1st on both Saturday and Sunday! In Jumpers he also placed 1st on Saturday, while earning his second Excellent Jumpers leg.
